I am so glad you are here! My name is Armine. I am a Christian mom, trained in perinatal and postpartum mental health through Postpartum Support International (PSI), and also an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist working under supervision.I created this space to encourage you in your postpartum and parenting journey. My desire is to help you feel seen in your struggle, to give a moment to reflect on God's word and on your journey.
